楊駿，教授、主任醫師、國家名中醫、安徽省江淮名醫、研究生導師。安徽中醫學院第一附屬醫院院長。中國針灸學會常務理事，中國針灸學會臨床分會副主任委員，中國針灸學會腦病專業委員會副主任委員，國家名老中醫學術經驗繼承指導老師，安徽省針灸學會理事長，安徽中醫藥學會副理事長、安徽中醫藥管理學會常務副理事長，安徽省學術帶頭人，安徽省跨世紀人才，政府津貼獲得者。

1982年畢業于安徽中醫學院，1987年碩士研究生課程班畢業。從事中醫針灸教育及醫療工作近30余年，在中醫針灸臨床、教學以及科研等方面積累了豐富的經驗并具有較高的水平。在針灸臨床致力于針灸治療及其作用機理的相關研究，擅長神經系統疾病、運動系統疾病和部分疑難雜病的針灸治療。在教學方面主張理論聯系實際，以臨床實踐促進學習，先后承擔本科生、碩士生和國外留學生的教學。撰寫并在國內外專業期刊發表學術論文40余篇，出版專著10部、是國家統編教材《針灸治療學》主編。先后主持數十項省級以上針灸科研，多次獲得國家和省部級科研獎勵。現承擔國家973、863、國家自然科學基金、國家中醫藥管理局、省科委等科研課題10余項。作為客座教授曾多次應邀赴歐洲、澳洲、亞洲近40個國家從事針灸講學和臨床指導，為針灸臨床學術的發展及中醫針灸走向世界做出了大量的貢獻。

Prof. Dr. Yangjun is the president of Anhui general hospital of TCM, Anhui University of TCM. He has had clinic experience for over 30 years in Chinese medicine & acupuncture. He is a famous acupuncturist in China and overseas. Because of his achievement, he is appointed as national outstanding doctor by the state administration of TCM of PR China, Also is the head of national key acupuncture section. Now he is a standing committee member of China association of acupuncture-moxibustion, Vice-chairman of clinical committee of China association of acupuncture-moxibustion, and Vice-chairman of brain-problem research committee of China association of acupuncture-moxibustion. He is chairman of Anhui province association of acupuncture-moxibustion.

Prof. Yang graduated from Anhui University of TCM in 1982, he has gotten remarkable results in teaching, researching and clinical job in acupuncture area. There are approximately from 7,000 to 8,000 patient visits per year to these clinics. Mainly treating neural-system, motility-system and difficulty case, he is followed by amazing effects in treating patients. Due to his outstanding performance, he was chosen to teach master and doctoral students in acupuncture as tutor and teaching oversea students from 40 different countries as professor. He has taught at 7 foreign university as visiting professor.

In past 30 years, he published over 80 papers and 10 books of acupuncture. He also published 3 national university textbooks as managing editor.

His researching works have awarded 4 times by central and local government. Now he still has 7 programs of national researching projects of acupuncture.

He visited near 40 country as acupuncture guide or visiting professor. He made great coutribustion for academic exchange all world.
